Each campaign that you create in the auto dialer can either be exactly the same as another campaign, or you can customize it for what you need. Use a different one of your phone numbers as the caller ID, detect answering machines so you can leave a different message for them, dial fewer lines, record the transfers or set it up as a survey. It’s all up to you to decide.
Press 1 Campaigns
Giving your leads the option to talk with you, or one of your reps right away, is an effective way to of using the auto dialer. That way you can tell who’s interested, and who isn’t, right away. You can also create one message that tells live answers to press 1 for assistance now, and another message that tells answering machines what number to call if they are interested.
