Hover Over
Whether you’re running the auto dialer live, or you’ve run it long ago, you can hover your mouse over the pie charts that are accompanied with your campaigns to get detailed information on how many calls have been made, how many were answered, or unanswered and more.
A Deeper Look
If you need to know more information, each campaign has the ability to show you even more detail. You can see how many lines were detected as busy or unreachable; you can see how long the leads have been on the phone with your agents, if they chose to speak to a live agent. You can even see what numbers your leads are pressing on their phones while answering surveys.
