Identify the Result
When you’re done talking to a lead or prospect, you then need to place that lead into a category based on the outcome of the call. You can select from choices that we have placed into the predictive dialer already, or you can create customize the predictive dialer by creating choices tailored to your line of business.
With these results, you can then run reports based off of these results, recycle the leads back into rotation.
Be More Specific
Since the dispositions are created by you, be as precise as you want and customize the predictive dialer exactly how you want. For example, create a disposition for each of your products, like “Purchased $500 package” and “Purchased $1000 package”. From there, you can have the Predictive Dialer remove duplicates and/or remove future calls for a contact upon disposition.
