Sometimes, a contact needs to be called right away. We’ve got you covered, no problem.

Feel free to call them immediately by making manual dialed calls from within the Predictive Dialer by clicking on the manual dial button. You can even enter their information into the system as you are talking to them so you can keep track of this call too, and if you want, you can record the call.

When you’re done, simply select the campaign you want to get back into from a drop down and you’re back on track.

Caller ID

You may have several different campaigns, and each campaign may have a different caller ID.

When you are making manual dialed calls, none of those show up as your caller ID, however you can still determine what it is.

Each user has the ability to display their own manual dialed caller ID. Changing it to what it needs to be literally takes less than a minute. Now you can display the right caller ID for each call.
